Questions

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before their next ear clean.

How often should I use it?

It depends on the dog. Floppy-eared breeds and regular swimmers usually benefit from a clean every one to two weeks. Dogs with upright ears and no buildup may need it far less often. Over-cleaning a healthy ear can cause irritation, so go by what you actually see rather than a fixed schedule.

Will it sting?

The formula is alcohol-free, which is the usual cause of stinging in ear cleaners. Most dogs tolerate it without fuss. If the ear is already inflamed or broken, do not use it — that is a vet visit, not a cleaning job.

My dog hates having their ears touched. Will this work?

That is exactly who it is built for. There is no scrubbing and nothing rigid going into the ear. You squeeze, massage the base for about twenty seconds, then step back and let them shake it out themselves. Most of the work happens without you holding them still.

Can I use it on my cat?

This product is formulated and tested with dogs in mind, and everything on this page is written for dogs. Please check with your vet before using it on a cat.

Will this cure my dog's ear infection?

No, and we will not pretend otherwise. This is a routine cleaning rinse for everyday wax, odour and post-swim moisture. An actual infection needs a diagnosis and treatment from a vet. Cleaning can be part of ongoing maintenance afterwards, but it is not a treatment.

What if it does not work for us?

You are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the routine does not suit your dog, contact us and we will sort it out.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within one business day. Standard delivery timeframes are shown at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises after the order goes through.
